It appears that there are only three floppy drives that are compatible with the XP installer– all USB. So i had a broken raid array for a while The answer i found was to create a new windows boot disk including all the drivers you need on the cd. I suppose the board is fp35dp intended for users of Vista, which incorporates the drivers. Were you able to get the motherboard? One thing that is important to note is that even though your drives will come up working without installing the drivers, they will be operating in IDE mode.
